FleetGrip
FleetGrip automatically calculates the real TCO per vehicle, warns you when a replacement needs to be ordered, keeps fines and damage records per vehicle, and immediately shows whether self-management is more cost-effective than a lease contract.
Most SMEs start with a spreadsheet. Past about ten vehicles, it becomes error-prone and time-consuming.
Invoices, fines and damage records sit in inboxes, folders and loose PDFs — not linked to the right vehicle.
Contracts expire and nobody tracks the delivery time of the replacement vehicle — the result: expensive bridging rentals.
Without a TCO calculation, you don't know whether self-management is cheaper than simply leasing from a leasing company.
Built for those who work with Excel today and want to skip straight to a professional system.
Depreciation or lease fee, financing, fuel/energy, maintenance, insurance, tax and overhead — automatically recalculated.
Enter the contract end date, choose the replacement vehicle from your vehicle list, and get an order alert based on the delivery time.
Link fines, damage reports and repair invoices directly to the right vehicle, with an amount for cost reporting.
Cost breakdown by category, top 5 most expensive vehicles, incidental costs by type — at a glance.
See instantly what a leasing company would charge for the same vehicle — ideal for a novice fleet manager.
Do you sublet or lease vehicles on to your own customers? Generate a printable price quote per vehicle, including margin.
Copy over your current list or add vehicles one by one.
Set the contract end date per vehicle and fill in your approved models.
Upload fines, damage records and repair invoices per vehicle.
Costs, benchmarks and order alerts are tracked automatically.
A flat monthly price per band instead of a per-vehicle calculation — easier to budget for if you're coming straight from Excel. Benchmarked against real market prices (Fleetio: €4–€10/vehicle/mo; Simply Fleet: from roughly €10/mo flat) and deliberately positioned below the telematics-heavy players (WEBFLEET and others from roughly €24/mo) because FleetGrip doesn't require GPS hardware.
| Fleet size | Basic | Pro — most popular |
|---|---|---|
1 – 10 vehicles entry segment, fresh from Excel |

€69/mo flat rate, all vehicles included |
11 – 25 vehicles growing fleet |
€89/mo ≈ €3.6–8/vehicle |
€159/mo ≈ €6.4–14/vehicle |
25+ vehicles up to 50 included, per-vehicle after that · custom pricing from 75+ |
from €189/mo + €4/vehicle above 50 |
from €299/mo + €6/vehicle above 50 |
Annual billing: 2 months free (-17%). All prices exclude VAT.
All types: passenger cars, vans (LCV) and trucks, in every fuel variant — diesel, petrol, electric, hybrid and CNG/LPG. Purchase, operating lease and finance lease (with residual value percentage) are all three supported, each with an automatically calculated contract end date based on start date and term.
No, it's an indicative benchmark price based on an adjustable market margin, meant to quickly assess whether self-management is more cost-effective than leasing — not a substitute for a real leasing quote.
In the free trial on this site, locally in your browser. In the account-based platform (FleetGrip Live), on a server with its own, technically isolated database per customer — see "Privacy & security" below for exactly what that means.
Yes — download the CSV template in the app, fill in your existing vehicle list in the provided columns, and import the file. You don't need to retype anything manually.
Driver names and contact details are personal data. FleetGrip only asks for these after a user has created an account and logged in, and deliberately keeps them separate from the rest of the fleet data.
All data — including driver data — remains local in the user's browser. There is no server that receives or stores it: the separation between your data and DLPE-Digital couldn't be simpler.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Every customer is technically isolated in its own database space (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, enforced on every query) — verified with an automated test where a second customer account explicitly tries to reach a first customer's data. Driver data lives in a separate table, reachable only by logged-in users from the same company. Documents are never public, only retrievable via temporary secure links. Login attempts are rate-limited against brute force.
Hosting in a European data center region, HTTPS everywhere, daily backups, and restricted access to the production environment — this depends on the server configuration at go-live and is confirmed per customer/deployment, not assumed automatically.
